Kastanjpurén har äntigen kommit 

Producenten heter Julien, han jobbar med färska råvaror och gör mest kastanjpuré vintertid, medans han tillverkar Honung, Fruktpuréer och Sylt resten av året.. Förstås är våren tiden för honom att ladda batterier och bjuda var och en att besöka den utsökta regionen 150 km sud om Lyon,  l´Ardêche, namn för den regionen men oxå floden som åker igenom.. 

 

Har några butiker intresserade, och lagret är lite begränsad.. Först till kvarn!!!    

 

 

Julien is always working with seasonal products, produces "Crème de marrons" Chestnus cream the first half of the winter, and produces Honey, compote and Marmelades the rest of the year, of course in the spring, he is a guide there he lives in the middle of nature, and invites people to cycle or go for a promenade in this marvellous region 50 kms from Lyon, l´Ardêche, the name of the river that flows  there
